How to Submit an Invoice (Claim)

What’s the quickest way to submit a claim online?

If you need to submit a claim directly to us instead of through your veterinarian, there are two quick and easy options for you to choose from. 

SUBMIT ONLINE: 

The fastest, easiest way to submit claims is through your online account (member portal)

  1. Log into your account (or easily create your account for the first time)
  2. Upload your pet’s itemised invoice.
  3. Tell us what happened.
  4. You’re all done! 

You do not need a claim form using this method.

Once you have created you account the first time, you can simply log in each time to submit claims and also update your details, check the status of the claim and review the outcome letters.

HOWEVER IF YOU PREFER PAPER: 

  1. Download a claim form and fill it out. 
  2. Take a picture of or scan the claim form and your itemised invoice from your pet’s visit.
  3. Email the claim form and invoice to [email protected].

For your pet’s first claim, we’ll reach out to your veterinarian to collect and review your pet’s medical records from your veterinarian.

Can I submit a claim by email instead?

Yes we do also accept invoices for claims by email! If your veterinarian submits your claim for you, you don’t need to do anything. If you need to submit a claim to us via email, we’ll only need two things:

  1. Download a claim form and fill it out.
  2. Take a picture of or scan the claim form and your itemised invoice from your pet’s visit.
  3. Email the claim form and invoice to [email protected].

For your pet’s first claim, we’ll reach out to your veterinarian to collect and review your pet’s medical records from your veterinarian.

Can I submit a claim by mail?

Yes we do accept claims by mail, note that this can be a much slower way for your claim to be processed. We recommend using your member portal or email to submit claims so we can assist you most quickly. For mailing you will need to download a claim form and fill it out, and also send your veterinary tax invoice for treatment.
