Combined Policy Disclosure and Financial Services Guide (policy)
We’ve updated our Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) to make sure it’s clear, transparent, and up to date.
Which version applies to you depends on when your policy starts or renews:
- If you are taking out a new policy or renewing from 15 September 2025 onwards, the new PDS applies.
- If your policy started before 15 September 2025 and you haven’t yet renewed, the previous PDS still applies.
New PDS (effective 15 September 2025)
Applies to:
- Policies taken out from 15 Sept 2025 onwards.
- Existing policies renewing on or after 15 Sept 2025.
Old PDS (before 15 September 2025)
Applies to:
- Policies taken out before 15 Sept 2025.
- Covers you until your renewal date.
- We recommend you keep a copy of the PDS that applies to your policy for your records.
- If you’re not sure which PDS applies to you, please check your Certificate of Insurance or contact us.

TMD (effective 15 September2025)
Applies to:
- Policies taken out from 15 Sept 2025 onwards.
- Existing policies renewing on or after 15 Sept 2025.
