To claim, we need a claim form and veterinary hospital tax invoice
A receipt does not allow us to calculate the correct totals for eligible costs. We must receive an itemised tax invoice.
Lets look at an example and how we would calculate the totals. This is a realisitic but hypothetical example of a submitted claim.
In this example the pet had a cut (laceration) that the veterinarian recommended the pet needed diagnostic testing, surgery and medications. Also you’ll notice that they picked up a nice trendy collar and lead from the retail part of the hospital waiting room. What costs do you think will be covered? Slide the marker to down to see if you can guess what items are covered and what would not be. Further information is also found by clicking the claim outcome letter icons.
