By clicking ‘Submit’ you acknowledge Trupanion Australia Pty Ltd (Trupanion) collects the personal information you have entered for the purpose of setting you up as a Trupanion Breeder Partner.

If you choose to proceed, the personal information you have provided will also be used to administer and manage your participation in the Breeder Support Program, including providing program updates, sharing data and insights about referrals, and sending you details of events, offers and resources relevant to your role as a Trupanion Breeder Partner. Without this personal information, Trupanion will not be able to provide program benefits, communicate with you about your participation, or process referrals. This information will be stored in Australia & overseas, and handled in accordance with Trupanion’s Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy also contains information about how you can access and correct personal information we hold as well as how you can complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles and how we deal with complaints.
